About Us
Perpetual Business and Tax Advisors is a 2 partner firm based in the
heart of Clifton, Bristol. We are a small and young firm. We total 4
members of staff and both our partners are around 30.
We hope to bring a series of new ideas to the world of accountancy
reflecting ideas of a new millennium and changes in the way business
is being carried out in the 21st century.
What makes us different from other accounting companies?
Our first major departure from a traditional accountancy firm is that
we don’t consider ourselves accountants; we wish to be the financial
ally of our clients, not restricting ourselves to only providing
accounts and working out the annual tax bill. We want to be involved
in every major financial decision our clients make, both personal and
business. You pay us well for our knowledge so why not utilise that skill
in more areas than simply how to reduce your annual tax bill.
Our second is our fee structure, we have made a conscious decision to keep
our overheads low and that means competitive fees. We have come up with a
new concept, fee bands. Our clients' fees are based purely on the turnover
band of their business, fixed for 2 years and payable by monthly standing
order -
this flat rate fee covers
all
statutorily required work.
This gives you comfort in knowing fees in advance and never having to
worry about an unexpected bill and the standing order improves both our
and your cashflow.
